If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may feel free to return or exchange it within 30 days from the original invoice date. To ensure expedited service, please include the original packing slip or return information. 

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. If your order status is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

There is no cancellation of orders placed and which have been handed over to the delivery service provider.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that have obtained on special occasions and festivals like Rakhi, Christmas, Diwali or Valentine’s Day etc. These are seasonal and limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

No cancellations in part or full shall be entertained for those products that have been ordered and availing special promotions, discounts offers, gift certificates and coupons.

Custom orders, whether personalized or sized, cannot be returned. Engraved items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards are not returnable. Original shipping and return shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. For Return of any product, we request you to kindly contact our Customer Care at info@reevadesigns.com mentioning your order reference number and we shall get back to you as early as possible.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Refunds shall be processed once the products have been received back at our designated location in unused condition with the tags intact. Usually, it takes 10-15 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
